The Hosts and Federations Summit is back for its 6th edition. Once again it will be held at the centre of the Olympic Movement in Lausanne, Switzerland.
This year we are making it bigger and better than ever before and that is down to the extended programme that will be starting on the 12th June and finishing on the 15th June. This has allowed MEI to include extra exclusive opportunities for host cities, International Federations, rights holders and expert suppliers across the summit.
The focus for the Summit is to create an environment to connect federations, cities, expert suppliers and venue hosts together. MEI are also offering the opportunity for 1-2-1 meetings between delegates across the Summit, so that you can sit down and really discuss how you can work together on future sporting events and projects.

Be seen and heard with subject specific workshops, panels, and central presentations.
There is the option for MEI to provide additional support prior, during and after the Summit to
assist with targeted meetings or design of a bespoke campaign.
Leverage the networking tools and aspects of the programme to build new relationships or
reconnect with delegates after years of event disruption.
PHYSICAL & REMOTE INVOLVEMENT
The whole concept of this Summit is based on maximum value for those attending Lausanne
however with provisions made for delegates engaged remotely.
